"We were greeted as soon as we entered. I had brunch with my girlfriend, uncle and aunt. The service was good. Our orders were taken right away and the food came within 15 mins. The food was were worth price. I would come back here again in the on my next visit to Angeles."

"The concept of their café is very diverse. They have sofa seats, dining tables, and coffee tables, so there are plenty of places to sit. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was whether we were supposed to sit immediately or inform the staff how many we were—and whether orders are taken at the table or at the counter. We ordered food, so I couldn’t review their drinks, but I must say their food is beyond good. We got the King Tonkatsu, which was surprisingly good for two people, and the creamy Chicken Alfredo—my mouth still waters whenever I think about their pasta. Note: Second photo's from my first visit Will I go back? Yes—and we’ll definitely try more of their food next time! :)"

On the other hand, their coffee, which seems to be a key focus, tasted fairly standard and similar to what you’d find at most other cafes. The café has a well-designed interior with plenty of Instagram-worthy corners, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. There’s also an alfresco area for those who prefer outdoor dining. Overall, Retro Café is definitely worth checking out, especially if you're in the mood for great pasta and pizza in a spacious and inviting setting. With quick service and no long waits, it’s a place I’d gladly return to for a relaxed meal."

What truly stood out was the exceptional service of the staff; especially the gentleman who served us, he’s incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. "Love the concept. Deco inside was neat and nice. The tteokboki was the best out of all the dishes. The Tuna kimbap tasted like the century Tuna with seasoning rolled up in seaweed (still good tho). Fried rice with egg and spam was on the salty side. The kimchi ramen was sweet."

My car wouldn’t start while I was parked outside, and the café staff and guard didn’t hesitate to help me troubleshoot and even gave my car a jump.
